Let’s be honest: these aren’t mass-produced mugs from a high street chain. Each piece is made with a mix of delicate vintage china and utter cheek — and no two are alike.

That said, here’s how I handle returns:

Returns Policy:

• You’ve got 14 days from receiving your item to get in touch if something’s wrong.

• Because these are handmade and one-off, I can’t offer exchanges — but I will absolutely sort it if it’s damaged in the post or not what you ordered.

Refunds:

• If your item arrives damaged, send me a photo within 3 days of delivery.

• If we agree on a refund, I’ll sort it within 5 working days via your original payment method.

• You’ll be responsible for return postage (unless the error’s mine).

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind

• “I didn’t realise it had that word on it” — it did, and that’s kind of the point
